We offer a range of management services on behalf of landlords. Scope of the management service can be tailored (pick and choose) to you and your property individual needs.
Guaranteed Rent:
Benefits all landlords should expect:
- You receive rent every month during period of the agreement,
- You have no voids during period of the agreement,
- We will pay all utilities, council tax etc.
- We will take care of painting, decorating and furnishing,
- You can get paid for full occupancy and not worry about non-paying tenants
How it works:
- You tell us monthly rental amount you would like to receive,
- You provide us full schedule of costs,
- Review of costs plus monthly rent,
- We provide an agreement drafted by our solicitor and sets out all of terms,
- We take over management of the house and management of tenants,
- You receive your rent on monthly basis, hassle free,
- We return house in the same or better condition at the end of the agreed period.
We offer compliance hands-off service. Duration of the agreement is usually 5 years but it can be longer if requested. Very often, after the duration of the agreement, landlords find their properties even in better condition than before.
