• We will pay all utilities, council tax etc.

• We provide an agreement drafted by our solicitor and sets out all of terms,
• We take over management of the house and management of tenants,
• You receive your rent on monthly basis, hassle free,
• We return house in the same or better condition at the end of the agreed period.
